How to Use
Padabhyanga (foot): warm a small amount of oil (sesame or the Paavani Vata Body Oil) between palms. Apply to feet and lower legs. Use the larger dome in circular motions on the soles and the smaller dome along the arch and toes. Massage for 5–10 minutes. Apply magnesium body butter after and sleep. Face: apply facial oil. Use the smaller dome in upward circular motions across the forehead, cheeks, and jawline. Clean wand with a dry cloth after use.
