How to Use
Place on a stable surface at eye level. Light the wick. For Trataka practice, sit comfortably and gaze softly at the flame without blinking for 1–5 minutes. Allow the gaze to become steady and the mind to quiet. Do not leave burning candle unattended. Keep away from draughts and flammable materials.
