The confirmed ingredient list includes phenoxyethanol — a synthetic preservative on DRL's restricted list due to documented contact sensitisation in a subset of users — as well as polyquaternium-7, a synthetic conditioning polymer. The botanical actives (white tea, oat kernel extract, panthenol, calendula) are genuinely well-sourced, but the preservative and polymer system does not meet the DRL Verified bar as currently formulated.
Apply to wet scalp. Massage gently, work through lengths, and rinse thoroughly. Suitable for all hair types, particularly dry or frizzy hair. Follow with conditioner.
